You may have read or heard this story at school, or maybe when you were at kindy or daycare.

Listen to the song, then think how do you feel?  You can say how you feel in te reo Māori:

 Here is an exercise for you to do for relaxation and mindfulness. 



Level 3 Learning

We are going to be talking about how we can keep our bodies healthy. 

Te Tinana - The Body

Draw a picture of your body. Think of all the ways you keep your body healthy. 
It could be: 
Kai - What you eat 
Korikori - How do you move your tinana?
Wairua - Mindful well-being.

You can ask an adult or big brother or sister to write your ideas down and email them to me.
