Some ideas on how to get moving!
Dance to music
Walk around the block
Go for a run at the park
Kick a ball around at the park
Bike or scooter ride
Create an obstacle course at home - over, under, down, along, through - these are all great ways to move through an obstacle course.
Ways to move
running, balancing, swinging, crawling, stepping, climbing, catching, throwing, pushing, pulling, hopping, skipping, jumping, rolling, crouching, twirling. You could play a game such as Simon Says and incorporate all these movements.
