Kia Ora all
Here are some activities I will be posting on seesaw this week:
1. Stick Man
Listen to the story Stick Man, by Julia Donaldson.
The man reading the book is Alex Scheffler, he is the illustrator of the story. Do you remember what an illustrator does? That's right, an illustrator draws the pictures of the story.
When you have finished listening to the story here is an activity to do.
listen here to Stick Man
2. Make a Stick Family
After listening to Stick Man, I thought it would be fun to make a stick family.
You don't need many things to do this, but the most important thing you need is sticks!
You can use any scraps of material or paper, glue, sellotape, or blu tak to stick things together.
Wool for hair, or string, even a piece of flax pulled apart to make string.
You can use a felt pen to draw a face.
When you have made your stick family, you can play games with them - going to the park, having dinner, going to bed.
Have fun!
